Mona is a witch, a healer, a nurturer, a herbalist, and an empath. She practices kitchen witchery, divination, and trusting her intuition on a daily basis, while using her degree in herbalism to enhance her craft. Besides using herb magic in her daily practices, she enjoys using pendulums, knot magic, and creating sigils. She is dedicated to inspiring people of all faiths to bring a little magic into their world to manifest life's greatest gifts, and to inspire witches and non-witches alike to grow and learn.
BWC focuses on making magic and healing accessible to everyone. To do this, we specialize in sharing knowledge and recipes using kitchen herbs and spices, as well as easy to find plants. These items can be found in your local market or grocery store, on Amazon, and at many lawn and garden shops or from seed companies. Several you probably already have in your kitchen cabinet, or have seen in the spice aisle at most stores, others can be purchased as tea bags or loose teas; the tea bags can be opened and added to jars for easy use, just as with any herb/spice you may have.
Sometimes life gets in the way of practice, and motivation or ideas tend to be hard to find. Use these books, prompts, lists, tips and more as a way to keep things moving whenever you get stuck:
Herbal Healing: While I do advocate using herbs for healing, and I use them for myself and my family, I must offer the warning that I am not a licensed medical professional, I am a herbalist. The information and recipes I share on this site are based on my own experience, knowledge, and research. It is purely educational and has not been approved by the FDA unless you have found such on their website. It's always a best practice, and highly advised, that you consult a medical professional prior to using any herbal preparation.
Metaphysical Intentions: The metaphysical intentions of B'Witched Craft products are not guaranteed. I create the intention, you are the magic. Our products are not designed to cause anyone ill will, give negative energy, or have someone do something for another against their will; our enchantments are those of white magic, enhancing people's lives and offering brighter outlooks on dismal situations. They should also not be used in place of professional advice, be it medical, legal, or other.
