This is an excellent herbal latte for migraines, stress, anxiety, and insomnia.
If you don't have the individual herbs, you can use 1-2 teabags of each herb.
Great for fevers and insomnia because it puts you to sleep, treats cough and cold, is a natural painkiller, and is anti-inflammatory.
Great for kids!
Safe for pregnant/nursing mothers since this isn't applied to the skin or taken internally.
This is a great refresher and is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antibacterial. Green Tea is great for gut health, brain health, fat loss, heart health and more; Honey is good for heart health, burn and wound healing, boosting the immune system, treating coughs and colds, and is rich in antioxidants; Limes are high in vitamin C and antioxidants.
It improves immunity, reduces heart disease risk factors, prevents kidney stones, aids in iron absorption, and promotes healthy skin.
Take 1 tsp for pain as needed. You can also add to water twice per day to keep headaches at bay. Great for migraines and tension headaches.
Can also be used as an air freshener.
